Highly recommend Randy for all your insurance needs! Randy is patient, compassionate and genuinely interested in helping others. He's the best! During our Zoom call, he phoned the carrier to clarify a discount. He also called the VA to help us get documentation proving creditable drug coverage so no late-sign-up penalty would be charged. Randy lives his motto: Serving Him by Caring for You! My sister was helping me sign up for medicare after I'd had a bad car accident and felt overwhelmed. We both needed help finding and enrolling in a Medigap plan and a Drug plan. Thank goodness for Randy! He's professional, knowledgeable AND compassionate.
